How do I get started with ProClinik?
Sign up at proclinik.com/signup, choose a plan, and your clinic will be provisioned within minutes. The setup wizard will guide you through adding your first branch, doctors, and staff.
Can I migrate my existing patient data?
Yes. Contact our support team with your data export (CSV or Excel). We provide assisted migration for clinics with large datasets on Pro and Scale plans.
How do I add more staff or doctors?
Navigate to Users or Doctors in your clinic dashboard. Staff counts are subject to your plan limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Patient data is stored in schema-isolated PostgreSQL databases and encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Files are object-level encrypted before storage. See our Data Handling page for full details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. Annual plans receive a discount compared to monthly billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation.
Does ProClinik support multiple branches?
Multi-branch management is available on Pro and Scale plans. Each branch has its own doctor assignments, queue, and scoped user permissions.
Is there an ABDM integration?
ABDM integration is on our roadmap. Please contact us to discuss current availability and expected timelines.
